SacAnime Spring 2026 Welcomes Phil Parsons

Phil Parsons is best known as the gruff villainous voice of the Saiyan Elite Warrior Nappa from the “Dragon Ball” franchise of anime and video games. Some of his other notable roles have been Kenny Ackerman in “Attack on Titan”, Captain Leonard Burns in “Fire Force”, Renji Yomo in “Tokyo Ghoul”, Azazel in “High School DxD” and Captain Buccaneer in “Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood”. Phil has had featured roles in many other popular anime properties such as “My Hero Academia”, “One Piece”, “Black Butler”, “Hell’s Paradise” and “Soul Eater”.
