Lucy Lowe is a talented child actress known mostly for her work in animation and voice-over. She has contributed her voice to numerous projects including: American Dad!, What If…?, Young Jedi Adventures, Not Quite Narwhal, Wish, Guardians of the Galaxy 3, and most recently as Isha in the Netflix series Arcane. She lives with her family in Los Angeles and can be found on Instagram @teamloweacts
